In accordance to the Non Essential Mass Gathering directive given today by the Australian Government due to COVID-19, Sunshine Coast Junior Rugby League is cancelling ALL planned Gala Days and Trial matches until further advise is received, starting Monday the 16th of March.

As you can appreciate, this situation is changing every moment, however AT THIS STAGE, training for teams is still an option at the discretion of all clubs. Please make it clear that should any player or parent feel unwell, that you recommend they stay at home and do not attend training. Should any parents not feel comfortable sending their children to training, then they are also welcome to stay as home after letting their coach or manager know not to expect them.

We are taking all of our action on the directive from the QRL and the Australian Government and will continue to monitor and update clubs accordingly.
